Great host! Best I’d ever come in contact with! Looking to book again in June! The apartment was immaculate! The view was amazing! The splash area was very nice!

Noot was a great host! We actually did not stay at the original unit we booked because of last minute A/C issues, but Noot informed us ahead of time and has moved us over to one of his other units seamlessly! The condo was super clean and great location. Would book again at one of Noot’s places!

Great Stay at Panama City Beach!
I had a wonderful stay at Noot’s condo. The location is perfect—it’s incredibly close to the beach, and the condo facilities are top-notch. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Noot is an excellent host; he/she is very kind and always responded to my messages promptly. It truly is a great place for a vacation.
The only minor downside during our stay was some renovation noise from the unit upstairs. We heard drilling sounds from time to time during the day, though I understand this was completely out of Noot’s control and had nothing to do with the condo itself.
Overall, I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We didn't get to use all of the amenities at Splash resort since we were visiting in the off season, but the ocean view was all we needed. There was a nice clean Pack n Play that worked perfectly for our baby.

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront apartment. The place was clean and well kept and the view from the balcony was unbeatable. Host was responsive and made check in super easy. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

This condo was perfect. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials to cook & make meals. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to the beach. I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home the entire time. The host was responsive and made everything easy for us. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for a family with two kids. It was clean with amazing views. The pools and splash pad were nice with one pool being heated. The beach was amazing. Highly recommend for anyone with a family.

Great visit. if you have family or want to just walk to the beach by going down the stairs, this place IS A MUST! They have parking, pools, splash park, lazy river, food, grills, and alcohol to order.
Host is very responsive to our questions. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable and overall a great stay! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
