Step inside and feel the stress melt away in a space designed for family fun and ultimate relaxation. ### The Space Our bright and airy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it the perfect coastal getaway for your family. The open-concept living area features comfortable seating, a 55-inch Smart TV for movie nights, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open directly onto your private balcony. Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee while watching a spectacular sunrise over the turquoise ocean. In the evening, it's the best spot to unwind and take in the breathtaking views. - **Master Bedroom**: Features a comfortable King bed and an en-suite bathroom. - **Second Bedroom**: Features a second King bed with its own TV and next to bed room is fun space for kids with a set of twin bunk beds. - **Living Room**: Includes a Queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. - **Kitchen**: The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a granite island, perfect for preparing everything from quick snacks to family dinners. - **Convenience**: For your convenience, the unit includes a washer and dryer with detergent provided, two full bathrooms with hair dryers, and complimentary Wi-Fi. ### Guest Access As our guest, you receive complimentary seasonal beach service—a $50/day value! This service includes two padded lounge chairs and an umbrella set up for you on the beach, available from March 1st to October 31st. Your stay also includes full access to Splash Resort's amazing amenities: - **Water Attractions**: Enjoy a variety of pools, including two covered and seasonally heated pools, a seasonally heated lazy river, a kids' waterpark, and a splash pad. Please note the waterpark and splash pad are not heated. - **Relaxation**: Unwind in the large hot tub, which is heated year-round. - **Fitness & Fun**: Stay active in the state-of-the-art fitness center with incredible ocean views, or use one of the three gas grills for a family barbecue. - **Dining**: Grab delicious food and drinks at the poolside bar and grill (open seasonally, March 23 - Nov 23) or get your morning fix of coffee and donuts at the on-site shop. - **Parking**: Convenient covered parking is available in the 4-floor garage. ### House Rules To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules: - The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. - No smoking is permitted inside the condo. - No parties or large gatherings are allowed. - Pets are strictly not permitted anywhere on the resort property. ### Important Information - **Resort Fee**: Upon arrival, a one-time registration fee of $40 per vehicle is required by the resort. This fee covers your parking pass and wristbands for all guests for the entire duration of your stay, providing access to all pools and amenities. - **Starter Amenities**: We provide a starter supply of basic amenities, including paper towels, dishwasher detergent, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and small soaps and shampoos. Please note that this is not a hotel, and daily replenishment is not provided. - **Registration Number**: 70626

Complying with the below house rules is a requirement of the contract. Not respecting the following rules may result in penalties such as additional charge or cancellation of the reservation. 1. Guests must notify the owner of any dispute and/or compliant from the neighbors immediately. 2. Quiets hours at Splash property are from 10pm to 8am. Guests and visitors must reduce noise to the minimal so as not to disturb neighbors during quiet hours. 3.Splash is a NO-SMOKING RESORT. No smoking inside the Condo or on the balcony. 4. No parties or events allowed in the condo. 5. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony. 6.Per local, state and National Fire codes, gar or charcoal grills are not allowed on the balcony or in the building. 7. Pets are not allowed on the splash property 8. Safety First! Please dont leave our cooking unattended. 9.Feel free to use our designated black makeup towels for makeup removal. This helps keep our towels and linens stain-free 10. All vehicles parked in the Parking Garage must have a valid Splash Guest parking pass clearly displaced on dash board. All guests 12 years or older must be wearing a splash wristband while using any facilities. Please collect parking pass and wristbands at the registration desk. If registration desk is closed, please collect next day.
