( Not heated) - The second swimming pool is partially covered and one swimming is not covered. -There's even the "Frog pad" for the little ones (available on request) not heated -3 Gas Grill on the East side! - Big fitness gym with the ocean view! -This is a 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (sleeps 6) and is located in the East Tower with sweeping 17th floor with ocean views. -Queen bed in the master, twin bunk beds , a queen sleeping sofa bed in the living room! -Two Full Bathrooms with hair driers. -2 Smarts TVs in the condo! 55 inch TV In leaving room with Roku remote and 55 inch TV in bedroom! Prime Video is available for TV in living room and you can connect with your accounts for other streaming options to watch your favorite shows! -Fully equipped kitchen(cooking pots, plates, cups) Washer and dryer in condo with Iron and the ironing board in condo. We provide the detergent. -Delicious coffee and fresh donuts in the West tower! -Pool bar and grills next to the swimming pool with drinks and food! Purchase delicious food or grill your own! ( open March 23- Nov 23) Grab your coffee and delicious donuts or ice cream at the on site coffee shop! Open all season. -4 Floor Covered parking garage. - The HOA is on the second floor!

Complying with the below house rules is a requirement of the contract. Not respecting the following rules may result in penalties such as additional charge or cancellation of the reservation. 1. Guests must notify the owner of any dispute and/or compliant from the neighbors immediately. 2. Quiets hours at Splash property are from 10pm to 8am. Guests and visitors must reduce noise to the minimal so as not to disturb neighbors during quiet hours. 3.Splash is a NO-SMOKING RESORT. No smoking inside the Condo or on the balcony. 4. No parties or events allowed in the condo. 5. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony. 6.Per local, state and National Fire codes, gar or charcoal grills are not allowed on the balcony or in the building. 7. Pets are not allowed on the splash property 8. Safety First! Please dont leave our cooking unattended. 9.Feel free to use our designated black makeup towels for makeup removal. This helps keep our towels and linens stain-free 10. All vehicles parked in the Parking Garage must have a valid Splash Guest parking pass clearly displaced on dash board. All guests 12 years or older must be wearing a splash wristband while using any facilities. Please collect parking pass and wristbands at the registration desk. If registration desk is closed, please collect next day.
